Farmington Hills-based staffing augmentation, application software, and projects solutions services firm Kyyba Inc. has purchased the staffing contracts of ASG Renaissance, a professional services firm based in Dearborn.

The purchase allows Kyyba to expand its automotive client base, and it will be adding over 140 new employees from ASG. ASG Renaissance CEO Lizabeth Ardisana says the retirement of co-founder Greg Rouke catalyzed the timing of the sale, but emphasizes that ASG Renaissance will continue to provide marketing and consulting services to existing customers from the company’s Dearborn headquarters.

“The purchase of ASG’s staffing contracts strengthens our core capabilities in engineering and IT, while expanding our automotive footprint,” says Thiru Ganesan, president and CEO of Kyyba. “We are excited to start 2017 with the addition of marquee clients and employees and look forward to more growth with a strong presence in the marketplace.”

Headquartered in Farmington Hills, Kyyba has multiple locations worldwide and provides customized staffing solutions delivering qualified employees in automotive, education, financial, transportation, government, healthcare, medical, and manufacturing industries. The company employs more than 550 workers.
