From WJRT in Flint: HealthFirst: Free weight loss program for teens A Michigan weight loss chain have given hundreds of teens eight weeks in the program free of charge to help fight childhood obesity. Jennifer Benjamin was well on her way to losing nearly 50 pounds at Medical Weight Loss Clinic in Flint. When she heard they were offering an eight-week teen obesity program at no cost, she immediately thought of her son, Tristan. "So, I brought him in and signed him up," she said.
